7th Made Studio Policies

Terms Of Use:  By paying for studio reservations, the Renter(s) agree to the following: 

 

A 50% deposit is required to hold the studio, rental items, and event dates. The deposit will be applied to the final bill and the balance will be due on or 24 hours before the date of your rental. Fees for additional equipment rental and/or time that were not billed during the initial booking will be due at the end of the rental period and may be subject to transaction fees. The date and studio/rental items are not reserved until the deposit has been paid and the Terms of Use are acknowledged. All deposits are non-refundable.

The studio may be used for legal business activities only. There is absolutely NO SMOKING or ALCOHOL in the building. No firearms are permitted on the premises.

CAPACITY (Photography + Production)

• Maximum of 10 people in renter’s party. 

• Production rentals with more that 12 people will need to book as an event.

ARRIVE AND LEAVE ON TIME

• The lease shall start and end as set forth in your studio reservation; set-up and clean-up time must take place during hours set forth in this Agreement.
• An hourly charge of $100.00 per hour will be applied for each additional hour that extends beyond rental terms, as set forth in this Agreement.

BE RESPECTFUL OF OUR NEIGHBORS
• Be present at all times during the rental
• Keep the event or session contained within the studio
• Maintain adult supervision of minors at all times
• Clean up trash or other items on premises prior to leaving. All trash must be deposited in the dumpster at the west end of the complex

STUDIO & EQUIPMENT SUPPLIED:

 

The Studio agrees to provide the studio in good working order but makes no special guarantees as to said studio's functionality or suitability to renter’s purposes. The Renter is entitled to use the entire studio, prep space, lighting equipment, backdrop stands, seamless paper, props, and any standard furniture in the studio at the time of rental. Throne chairs and custom backdrops are available at cost.

Renter agrees to return all equipment, studio, and furniture in the condition it was provided and to immediately notify the Studio of any damage, failure, or change in equipment provided. Rental furniture may not be taken outside. Please do not move any pieces larger than a single chair without two people present to move it without dragging the legs.

GENERAL STUDIO RULES

• If Studio team members are one site, they can check in on studios during your rental session.

• Our studio is not soundproof, no loud music/noises permitted, no dragging of furniture. Any suspected violation of studio rules and/or safety violations may lead us to ask you and your party to leave and forfeit your session. No refund will be processed for not following the rules. 

• While noise is generally minimal - or nonexistent - our studios are not soundproof. If you need to create video content with NAT sound please contact us to consult prior to booking.

• Since the studio rooms are not soundproof, please keep media volume at respectable levels. 

• The property is monitored by security cameras.

• Our studios cannot be used to shoot pornographic content.

• If you and or a member of your party comes to the studio intoxicated or under the influence of any illegal substances, we reserve the right decline access and/or to ask them to leave the premises.

• Smoking of any kind (including recreational drugs) is not permitted on studio premises.

• No pets allowed without prior consent of a company representative.

• A fire extinguisher is located on the south end of the studio.

• Please note that failure to respect the studio rules, studio staff, or other renters, will result in immediate termination of your booking with NO refunds processed and this may result in a permanent ban from 7th Made Studios.

LIABILITY

The Studio is not liable for acts out of its control that affect the shoot, such as power outages, weather, emergencies, or Acts of God. You assume liability for you and all your guests in your session. All Studio policies, rules and Rental Agreement are agreed upon with payment submission.
